A key initiative has been revitalizing the credit union’s TikTok presence. I reworked the strategy, focusing on relatable, trend-driven content and stronger visual storytelling. As a result, engagement and views significantly increased, transforming the account into a more active and relevant platform for reaching younger audiences.
