Pangolin Magazine

Publication · Information Design · Editorial Design

Concept

This project explores how educational content can be transformed into an engaging, visually driven experience for younger audiences. The goal was to take complex information and present it in a way that feels approachable, interactive, and easy to navigate for middle school students. By combining structured layouts with dynamic visual elements, the magazine encourages curiosity and self-directed exploration.

Description

This magazine was designed as an educational tool that balances learning with visual engagement. The content is broken into clear, digestible sections so readers can either follow along sequentially or jump to key highlights. Bright, science-inspired colors and bold graphic callouts were used to capture attention, while diagrams, maps, and feature blocks help reinforce understanding. The layout prioritizes clarity and accessibility, making information easy to scan while still offering depth for more curious readers.
